WEB DESIGNER
 
Responsibilities
• Working closely with Marketing and Development teams to define and implement visually attractive interfaces based on principles of design and usability
• Plan and execute both redesigns as well as new-concept responsive (which includes desktop and mobile) designs for product pages and microsites
• Design and update site pages and features, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Design new site enhancements, including updates to navigation, search, checkout, etc., as well as architectures, user interface, and overall customer experience
• Create high-converting designs for email newsletters and advertisements
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Proactively organize and optimize work-flow, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
• Provide deliverables such as wireframes, site maps, navigation systems, page flow diagrams, comps and working prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
 
Requirements
• 5+ Years’ experience with Web design
• Must have solid, successful, experience with responsive designs which include desktop and mobile layouts
• Must be able to properly prepare the design file before sending it to the development team, which including slicing and well-organized and labeled layers
• Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio that illustrates strong UI and graphic design skills that are available for review
• Impressive skills in graphic design, with an eye for typography, palette development, intuitive layout, and a pixel-level attention to detail
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows prototypes and site maps
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, (and other design and wire-framing tools) to create full web pages, marketing banners and ads, color-correct images, and optimize graphics (file size and accuracy) for web
• Thorough understanding of limitations of HTML emails, and knowledge of appropriate workarounds for various email clients
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and follow-up. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from a supervisor to accomplish objectives. You are your own safety net
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have the ability to see and communicate your ideas to the team and effectively deal with feedback. You must be responsive in your communications!

Internet Marketing Analyst 
 

DXRacer USA, LLC, founded in 2006, is a manufacturer, distributor and reseller of ergonomically designed gaming gears and accessories, and high-end deluxe office chairs with a refined racing inspired design as well. Our company is in the midst of significant growth for our eCommerce business. Due to our high volumes of sales/financial transactions on our web platform and desire to enhance and grow of our eCommerce business, we require the professional services of an Internet Marketing Analyst.  

As Internet Marketing Analyst, you will be a key part of eCommerce strategists and analysts, working with Marketing and Operation team to help them optimize interactive strategies and tactics. Your analytical skills and digital marketing experience will help Marketing and Operation gain important insights and then use this insight to support the development of internet marketing strategies and to drive improved results on operation. Strong mathematically background and excellent logical reasoning capabilities are preferred. 

 
 Responsibilities:  
  • Analyze forecast and sales/issues performance (under/over stocks) in markets by line and category and recommend actions to eCommerce strategy, marketing and merchandising team; 
  • Work with web analytics and data visualization platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studio) to build weekly and monthly custom dashboards.  
  • Track, measure, analyze and report insights into the company’s online performance; 
  • Prepare the ongoing reporting, analysis, and forecasting of web metrics which include clickstream data, traffic patterns, funnel conversion as well as content and product performance to support the eCommerce business; 
  • Identify appropriate Key Performance Indicators and report key metrics from digital campaigns in Google Ads; 
  • Work with IT developers to ensure the web analytics tagging and testing process properly captures the right data throughout customer sessions; 
  • Assist in setting up and optimizing analytics tools for tracking visitor’s behaviors on the new DXRacer websites 
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate workflow, business systems, and user needs; 
  • Report to the Chief Operating Officer if there are any complex issues arising from daily routine related tasks.  
 
Qualifications And Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Applied Mathematics or Statistics preferred  
  • 3+ years total work experience in business analysis 
  • 1+ year experience managing/implementing various Ecommerce merchandising initiatives such as designing promotional plans, building forecasts, setting merchandising priorities, etc.  
  • Analytical with proficiency in data analysis and reporting 
  • Require coding in Python and/or R 
  • Experience managing/implementing various Ecommerce conversion driving initiatives  
  • Experience with setting goals, hypothesizing improvements, optimizing, measuring progress/success, and closing gaps to goals
